Refunds (Store Credit Only)
Adiuvo Research Labs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
If an issue is approved, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the affected product. Store credit cannot be converted to cash and does not expire.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and, if eligible, resolve it through store credit only.
