1. Ambient Temperature Shipping Disclosure

All research products provided by Adiuvo Research Labs are shipped at ambient temperature. We do not utilize temperature-controlled packaging, refrigerated containers, cold packs, or insulated mailers as part of our standard shipping protocol.

2. Risk of Environmental Degradation

The purchaser acknowledges that the integrity of the research solutions may be sensitive to extreme fluctuations in temperature (both heat and cold). Prolonged exposure to environmental variables during transit can lead to the degradation of the product’s chemical or structural integrity.

3. Recommended Shipping Method

To protect your investment and ensure the highest degree of product stability, Adiuvo Research Labs strongly advises the selection of “Next Day Air” delivery at checkout. * Selecting expedited shipping minimizes the duration of transit and significantly reduces the window of potential exposure to unfavorable conditions.

• Choosing standard, ground, or economy shipping methods is done at the sole risk of the purchaser.

4. Limitation of Liability (Transfer of Risk)

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to the following terms regarding shipping:

• Assumption of Risk: The buyer assumes all responsibility for the product’s condition relative to weather and temperature once the order has been handed over to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• No Refunds for Environmental Damage: Adiuvo Research Labs will not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for products alleged to have been degraded due to temperature exposure or carrier transit times, regardless of the shipping method chosen.
• Carrier Delays: Adiuvo Research Labs is not responsible for transit delays caused by the carrier, including those resulting in extended environmental exposure.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Finalizing your order constitutes a formal acknowledgement of this Shipping Policy. You agree that Adiuvo Research Labs has provided adequate warning regarding the nature of the products and that the choice of shipping speed—and the associated risks—rests entirely with the customer.

5. Guaranteed Delivery

To ensure your order arrives safely, a small shipping protection fee is added at checkout. This protection covers your package against loss, damage, or delivery issues during transit.
